  • Tai Chi – movement exercises to increase harmony and vitality.
  • Oriental Nutrition – increasing or decreasing specific foods in accordance with the diagnostic pattern to help strengthen the body.
  • Electro-acupuncture – acupuncture points are stimulated using a safe and gentle electrical current to increase the effects of the acupuncture.
  • Tui Na/Acupressure – using specific bodywork techniques to activate the meridians and restore balance in the organ systems.
